Can you give me an example code on how to connect the database table in report control to display all the fields upon form loading in c#.net 2008.

Such topic covered in C# samples: \Samples\ActiveX\ReportControl\C#.NET\ReportSample
(and for CalendarControl databinding - in
\Samples\ActiveX\Calendar\C#.NET\CalendarControl)
There is also my sample VirtualListEdit about VirtualListView mode ReportControl binded to DAO or ODBC database in \Workspace\Support\ExtendedSamples - ask support to send it to you
