See DynamicPopups Sample and ToolTipContext sample(Favorites popup) for some samples of dynamically generating a popup menu.

Ok. I give up. I have checked both Samples listed above and can't for the life of me figure out how the menu items are dynamically being created. It doesn't help that none of the samples are not commented.
What's the secret? |

Oops, in my undying effort to be a smarty pants I included a double negative. I meant to say that none of the samples ARE commented. :)
