   I was wondering if anyway in the ActiveX Suite exists a tooltip control.  I would like to display an icon on a screen and when the mouse moves over it I would like to display a balloon style tooltip.  I saw sample code for displaying tooltips but it seems to only work on some not all of codejock controls.   Can I use it on any control?  If so, how?  If not,  is there an easy way for me to get my mouseover to work?   Thanks.
