That's slick. We emulated this to some extent using the Codejock control + some additional images up top. Unfortunately, the text did not know to render itself vertically :)

Just make a top panel area that looks like that... when its made thin - show that... when its wider... show the proper one.
Is kind of nice looking ... and like I described would be very easy to do.
