ribbon sample fails to link

   The ribbon sample in V19 is failing to link when using Dynamic Unicode Debug x64 (and release). The problem is that the c++ preprocessor setting includes "XTP_STATICLINK".

I don't build the "SUD" libs so the lib it tries to find during the link phase isn't present. Please adjust this and any other samples that have this incorrect configuration.
