Tear-off MDI child windows

   Hi,
Is there any way to implement any kind of tear-off MDI child windows? The idea is to be able to drag any tabbed MDI child frame and drop it outside the mainframe, creating a new window frame that you can, for example, drag to another monitor. Visual Studio has this option.
