I create my menu and CommandBars completely in code. When the reset command is used, either from the customise dialog or the add/remove buttons dropdown, the toolbar is cleared.
Also, the buttons in the add/remove dropdown are disabled. What am I doing wrong? |

On a similar note, why is it that EnableCustomisation() resets after the toolbars are modified? I was about to report a bug that customisation couldn't be turned off...
