I've created three panes and attached them together within a MDI. I'd like one of the panes to display a split view, tree ctrl on the left, property grid on the right. Currently the panes can be fixed in place. Is this possible using docking panes? If so, can I use a tranditional CSplitterWnd or can I use panes within the view?
If it's not possible, would a tab workspace be a better approach to using panes?
Regards,
Heath.

I've tried something similar. I ended up using a splitter-view inside ONE pane.

Sorry for the delay getting back. I logged a support incident directly with CJ.
In the end I decided to use different panes rather than using a splitter.
Oleg - thanks for the example, it helped me reach my decision.
Regards,
Heath.
