When the mouse move to the tab of a auto-hide pane, the auto-hide pane displayed very good. and the the view window refreshed, it seems that some part of the auto-hide pane was replaced. And it looks bad.... How to prevent this to happen? Any advices are appreciated! Thanks! guanbin 2009.11.26

 Hi,
Add Clip styles for your FRame and View. Something like BOOL CChildFrame::PreCreateWindow(CREATESTRUCT& cs) { // TODO: Modify the Window class or styles here by modifying // the CREATESTRUCT cs  if( !CMDIChildWnd::PreCreateWindow(cs) ) return FALSE;  cs.style |= WS_CLIPCHILDREN|WS_CLIPSIBLINGS;  return TRUE; }

 I was having an analog problem with my application. And the solution provided above solved it. Just to describe the problem: The application has a central view area which is constantly updated (openGL) surrounded by 3 docking panes (left, right and bottom). When these panels are hidden, everything is updated normally and the central view resizes itself accordingly. As soon as user hovers the mouse over the tabs of the hidden panes and a docking pane slides back to show itself, it is draw incorrectly as if "under" the central view area and flickering. Thanks, João Pedro
