Weird reminder and snooze issues

   Some of my users report that the reminders window sometimes doesn't come when it should and some report that when they snooze an event it doesn't come up when due either. I can't reproduce either of those issues, but was wondering if anyone has experienced that? I'm using 13.2.1.
