View Type Missing Multicolum Option

Hi,

There is no option to restore the calendar view to Week View / Full Week / Multicolumn mode unchecked. 

The viewtype appears to have a value of "2", but there is no associated CalendarViewType Enumeration field, so the view cannot be restored when starting an application.

These are the only enums that exist:

xtpCalendarWorkWeekView 5 Day Work Week View. This is the same as Day View, only the 5 Working days (Monday - Friday) are shown.
xtpCalendarWeekView 7 Day Week View.
