What is the best way to save the time zone settings so that they stick each time the program is run.  I need to be able to save some value that represents the time zone.  Is it safe to use the name as a unique identifier or is there some other method that would work better?  I would also need to be able to quickly get a CalendarTimeZone object based on the unique identifier.  Is this possible without looping through all the time zones?

   Hi,
We do use
CalendarTimeZone.StandardName
 member as unique identifier
 (compare no case).
To find -- just iterate
CalendarTimeZones. This is quite fast operation (not critical for performance).
