Hi,
In fullscreen mode in VS2005, the toggle-toolbar is placed on the right of the menu bar. This is not the case in your GUI_VisualStudio sample. I have not been able to do this.
Is this supported? If not, please add it in the next release.

Hello,
Just add "Full Screen" button in menu template and show/hide it when you need.
