The mouse cursor is caught by the edge of the client window in RibbonMDISample.
It mistakes it as if the mouse broke. Please fix this problem. |

I believe this is 'as designed' due to problems of resizing MDI child frames with Office 2013 themes which have like 1px border to drag. However, there is currently no option to turn it off and there is room for some tweaks I'd say.
