VS2005 migration problem

We just migrated a large project form Visual Studio 2003 to VS2005 Professional Edition.  All code migrated fine, but the app crashes when first referencing (instantiating) a XSP Report Control.  The call stack is:

mfc71d.dll!AfxGetInstanceHandle()  Line 23 + 0x1e bytes C++
XSP9700Libd.dll!01853dc8()  
  [Frames below may be incorrect and/or missing, no symbols loaded for XSP9700Libd.dll] 
  XSP9700Libd.dll!018535fc()

Anybody else have any problems migrating to 2005?  Any suggestions?

Hello,

are you sure you rebuild XSP9700Libd.dll with Visual Studio 2005?
