Is it possible to use the EnableOffice2007Frame without using the ribbon bar?

Do I just need the lines below to implement it? I looked at the ribbon bar sample, but there is so much to it, that it is hard to decipher what is for the ribbon bar, and what is for other things.
This is Visual Basic 6.0. I am also using the skin framework, too.
CommandBars.VisualTheme = xtpThemeOffice2007 CommandBars.EnableOffice2007Frame True Thank you for your help.
