Is it possible to display an "Explorer bar" close button (like those used in the DockingPane control) in a Dialogbar? Or conversely, is it possible to remove the Auto hide ("Pin") button in a DockingPane control?

you can remove hide button:
Pane.Options = PaneNoHideable
