Custom drawing over the chart the control?

   I would like to add custom drawing over the chart
control.  Such as the interactive cursor
line, when the user drag the this line, the x value of the this line will be obtained
and been used for other purposes.

Would any one tell how to made the custom drawing over the
control?  Right now I am not able to do
it inside of OnPaint of either of the view class or the control class.

 I am using the Toolkitpro 15.1.3.
