Report Control Horizontal Scrolling Problems

   There are some bugs in horizontal scrolling of the Report Control (CXTPReportControl). The scroling issues are most visible when columns are set to manual resizing (SetAutoSize(FALSE)).
I have attached a minor patch to address some of the scrolling issues if anyone is looking for a fix. Codejock support has been contacted regarding this issue. There is a diff file showing the changes and three .CPP files to replace. Of course, use at your own risk!
