No item selected in CXTPPropertyPageListNavigator

I am using a CXTPPropertySheet and the CXTPPropertyPageListNavigator with text items. When the sheet opens, the initial page is shown but its item is not highlighted in the navigator. When I click on other items they highlight, but not at initialization. Everything else works as expected. The code is copied from the OnButtonList() method of your PropertySheet sample, but using my own pages. Your sample works correctly. Any ideas?
