HOWTO: Change color and format of subtotals

Hi;

I want the group caption to be formatted as shown in the attached screenshot.
My questions are:

1) How can I change the color of the group caption when a skin is applied (GetItemMetrics()???)?
    This could be solved by myself!
2) How can I apply different format strings for the sumsub captions of several columns?

It would be fine if the SUBSUM text uses the format string of the linked column!
