can the menubar be fixed/locked (non-movable)?

   Hello All,

im facing a problem with the menubar  that is it's allow users to move it around the form , 

i tried this link from the codejock site: http://codejock.com/support/articles/com/commandbars/cb_4.asp

to remove the gripper, and it did.. but the menubar remained movable as it was

any ideas how to lock the menubar so the user cant move it around??

	it helped in fact, i had to make some changes but it worked finally thanks alot, Super Mario :)
