I put my grid inside a <ScrollViewer>-tag, and then show it inside a CXTPPopupControl with a fixed height:
sz.cy = min(74, sz.cy);
SetPopupSize(CSize(sz.cx + 30, sz.cy + 20)); Now the scroll is cut off at the bottom, and I really don't understand its purpose. What's up?! What am I doing wrong?

The bug is located in XTPPopupItem.cpp(268):
// Third parameter becomes INT_MAX!
CSize sz = XTPMarkupMeasureElement(m_pUIElement, m_rcItem.Width());
