When I maximize a MDI child window, the icon does not appear to the left of the menu bar. The min/max/close icons appear in the menu bar. Is there an option I am missing or is this just not (yet?) supported? |

It looks like there was an option added for this in 8.60, but it could use some work. The icon makes the menu bar grow in height 4 pixels when the mdi child window is maximized, the icons on the ALT+MINUS minu are missing, and while the menu is drawn with the cool office 2003 theme I am using when the window is maximized, it is drawn with the system default theme when the window is restored. |

Another problem that should be fixed - when you maximize a child window then simply press ALT, the icon is selected, not the first menu item (which is probably File). Pressing ALT should always select the first menu item. Same thing applies to pressing F10. |
