System menus missing icons

   After applying our skin we have missing icons on our system menus on all our dialogs. Our app frame system menu is just fine. This include stock OS dialogs like file open/save etc., etc.

I see CJ sending WM_INITMENU to our dialogs. Comparing those calls to the SDI skin example I don't see any difference.

We do set the system colors in the skin file and I have had to handle low color issues like bitmaps given to a CButton if the bitmap is 4 bits/pixel. In that case I found the OS is mapping the image via a color table and I have had to use my own color table mapping code to address that. But, I assume the Minimize/Maximize/Close images on the system menu are handled by a font. Not sure about that or even why that would cause this issue. I haven't found any skin manager setting that is different in our app that the SDI skin example either.

Does anyone have an ideal of what might be causing this?
