v17 Beta 1 Toolbar Border Issue

After migrating my application to XTP v17 beta 1, I am now seeing unwanted borders around all toolbars when using the Office 2010 themes (problem does NOT occur with the newer Office 2013 themes).

Here's an example of what my toolbars looked like in v16.3.0:


As you can see, the v16 toolbar is nice and flat, which is what I'd expect.

But now in v17, it looks like this:


... and now there are borders around all toolbars.

Is this a bug in v17, or do the borders need to be explicitly turned off now (and if so, how)?

Hello Mark,

It looks like on the second image there is SkinFramework enabled, have you tried to disable it? Are both screenshots made on Windows8?

Hi Alexander,

No, I'm not using the skin framework at all.

And yes, both screenshots are made from the same Windows 8 machine.

I should note that frame themes are enabled in the second screenshot, and not the first.

But even if I disable those, there's still a border around the toolbar that didn't exist in v16.
