Calling HTML Help from a Ribbon Backstage |

When I call the ::htmlhelp(... from a OnCommandHelp message while a ribbon backstage view is opened, I cannot close the help window? Something probably happened to the parent or on-top window setting? What is the recommended way to call help from a ribbon backstage.

I'm bumping this since customers are now complaining, and I cannot find out what is causing the problem.

Yes, that is actually what I do as a workaround. But it is not what I really want, since I would prefer to have the Help open at the same time as the backstage is open.
