CXTPCheckListBox displays dotted borders on click

   Using CJ 24.1, I've implemented the CXTPCheckListBox in a dialog. All works ok, but I've noticed when clicking item captions, other items appear with dotted borders. This also seems to happen when you click outside of the displayed list items area but still within the control.
I can see the same issue in the CJ 24.1 controls sample CheckListBox.

It's cosmetic but doesn't look good. In my app, I see dotted borders around multiple items. Anyone know how to resolve this?
