Extra garbage lines when drawing toolbars

   I have noticed that in Office 2003 theme, the left side of each toolbar is painted incorrectly. It especially looks noticeable on small windows, i.e. when you shrink a window to a size of a typical dialog. Look at the enclosed screen shot.
