I want create a fixed toolbar in Dialog. The dialog does not have menu. The fixed toolbar is docked on the Top of the dialog.
Neither do I want to allow user move this toolbar, nor do I allow user to right-click on the toolbar holder to check it Off? Is there anyway I could achieve this?
