Ribbon item not centered

Hello, I have a ribbon looking like this:
 
 
The large (32x32) Import icon is not centered within the Certificate group.  Is this a bug?  How do I get it to be centered?  The problem is the Group Label "Certificate" is wider than the Icon "Import".
 
Calling CXTPRibbonGroup::SetControlsCentering() has no effect as this centers the control vertically, and not horizontally.

Just call pGroup->SetControlsCentering();
