I have a toolbar that only contains one animation item.  I disable this toolbar in the codejock customize dialog for a custom configuration, then create a corresponding .xcb file.  When I read and process the resulting .xcb file on program startup the toolbar is not shown however the animation is shown at the left edge of the program frame.

How can I tell if the toolbar containing the animation has been turned off by the .xcb file so I can disable the animation if the toolbar is not shown?  I have tried the CXTPCommand bar IsVisible() function and it always returns true regardless of the .xcb file contents.
