Toolbar is floating off-screen

Message Topic Search Topic Options Post Reply Create New Topic Printable Version Translate Topic

My user turned off his dual monitor and now one of his toolbars is off-screen. Is there a technique, programmatically,  to get the toolbar back on screen without resetting it. He doesn't want to lose any customized buttons.
