Ok, VStudio makes it all for us. But what do i need to create and run a Xaml application if i have only .Net framework (SDK) installed and a text editor? Which files do i need to create and how can i compile them? This is unclear to me.
Thx.

Hi
As far as I understand it, the Codejock implementation of XAML is a subset of XAML as specified by WPF (usable via .NET). The Markup component and a number of the components available via the Suite Controls ActiveX component are self contained and don't need .NET. Not everything has been implemented as yet such as placing textboxes for accepting input. Hopefully that will come soon. I am new to CodeJock XAML but have to say that is pretty good. BB |
