Hi!

I followed the example in the help file: How to Create an Application that has Office Style Toolbars and Menus

and there are some things missing from that otherwise good howto:

1. You need to add C:\Program Files (x86)\Codejock Software\MFC\Xtreme ToolkitPro v16.4.0 (30 Day Trial)\Source to C++ Additional Include directories
2. You need to add C:\Program Files (x86)\Codejock Software\MFC\Xtreme ToolkitPro v16.4.0 (30 Day Trial)\Lib\vc110 to LIbrary Additional Library directories
3. When you copy the entire CMainFrame::OnCreate() you need to change  IDR_MDISAMTYPE to IDR_MDISampleTYPE, where the app in this case is named MDISample as the name is now different when generated by the VS Wizard
