Hi, Any plans to support transparent alerts as in Outlook 2003? These are displayed on a semi-transparent blue blackground that becomes opaque on mouse over. Very slick. Matt

I've attached screenshots of the popup alert (Olive Color Scheme in Windows XP). This alert slowly fades in to a set level of transparency and remains at the level for a fixed period of time or until the mouse moves over the alert. When the mouse moves over the alert, the window becomes opaque. When the mouse leaves the alert, it goes back to the set level of transparency. After a fixed time period, it will slowly fade away. Moving the mouse over the alert at any time will make it opaque again and start the fading process over on mouse out. |

Thanks Boyd. I am also attaching an example of the alert when it is transparent, for clarity's sake. I use the standard XP color scheme. Cheers, |

Matt, I got word from Codejock that they are working on this control for the next release. Thought you might want an update. No word yet on when that release will be, but it's coming. |
