CXTPResizeDialog and themes

   v17.30.0, vs 2012 

We are trying to use CXTPResizeDialog but the background does not seem to correspond to any theme that we try. 

The Buttons and other controls do...

What else do we have to do to force that to happen?  
Shouldn't this we automatic like in other CFormViews, CSCrollViews etc?
