CXTPReportControl takes lot of time to clear rows

I am using XTP 16.2
In certain cases, I have to added about 100,000 rows to CXTPReportControl.

Then when I populate only 200 rows, it takes loads of time (15-20 seconds) to clear the first 100,000 rows.

How can I avoid this? I don't want to use VirtualMode.

Please do give some idea where memory allocation and deallocation can be sped up.
