Help listview & imagelist Cry

   Hello
 everyone, my question is this: I tried to draw the flag of the 
operating system through APIs "GetLocaleInfoA" but trying to get him an 
icon in the listview, it shows me only the name of the country but the 
flag icon does not show , i tried this code but nothing :( , Help please...

    LV2.Icons.AddIcon ILFlags.ListImages (1). ExtractIcon.Handle, 101, xtpImageNormal
