You're not using "Standard C++ Library", right? Because if you were, a setting called "_SECURE_SCL" would have implications on performance. (It is on by default, since VC8.)

Just want you to be aware of this somewhat hidden setting in VC9.
 
 
Afaik, you're using CArray exclusively, so this does should not affect you.

yes, we are trying to not use STL - it has problems with export symbols.
