Problem using a CXTPReBar in a docking pane

   I have an app that's very similar to the MDITabWindow sample app.
I've added a couple of toolbars into one of the views frames which work fine whether the view is docked or floating.

The problem is when I add the tool bars to a rebar which I add to my view frame. The tools bars disappear as soon as the window becomes docked or floating.

Do I need to a call a function to resize everything after re-parenting the child windows during the dock/undock call? (see CMainFrame::ReparentAllChildren)
