How could I change the attribute of "Customizable" when I use CXTOutBarCtrl in my program.

Hi,
Just don't set OBS_XT_DRAGITEMS style.
Very recommend use CXTPTaskPanel instead. CXTOutBarCtrl is quite obsolete now.
