Maximize / Restore FLoating Frames

   I've just come across ShowCaptionMaximizeButton in 10.3.1 in the Docking Pane Sample.

It would be very nice (not essential) to have a Maximize / Restore button in a floating frame which maximises to the available space on the monitor where the frame is floating.

I use four monitors, many of my users at least two.
