So you use Commandbars 9.10 with XCB created with Designer 9.10 and it doesn't work?

Check AboutBox of Commandbars control. May be it is old (8.70) version? try to rerigister it.

regsvr32 commandbars.ocx

No, it's not a problem of version. The problem is Designer 9.10.

1) I load in new version of designer 9.10 a xcb file created with designer 8.70
2) I save the file
3) The xcb file can't load in VB6
The xcb file can't load in designer 9.10

Agree it was bug with 9.10

it doesn't strore ToolBars with Customizable = False.

Please set Customizable = True for menubar and toolbar and save it again.
