I have updated to V24 (not beta) now. I didn't see this with beta but perhaps I missed it. I am seeing non Win11 scroll bars on docking panes.

Then it will revert to Win 11 after changing the content, resizing ...

Has anyone see this? Running on a 150% scaled desktop with a 4K monitor. I don't know if that matters or not.

If I disable skinning, I don't see the issue. With skinning enabled, even the stock Microsoft File Open dialog shows the issue. Moving over the scroll bar when that dialog is up causes it to show the old style scroll bar until I move off of it.
