Design Time License problem

   Hi,

I want to create a control in late binding (controls.add([controlid],[name])) that uses a the tabcontrol from codejock. In source it runs fine, but when I compile the project and try to run the result, I get the following message: 

Run-time error '747:

No design-time license information found 'controlid'. Contact the cendor for control 'controlid' to obtain a design-time license.

I put the license code in my source under the initialize methode?

I don't know what to do now? I hope someone can help me out.
