Using CodeJock Calendar

   Hi, 

I am trying to use the Outlook Sample as a template for a project and add CJ Calendar (\Samples\Common\VB\ShortcutBarReport).

I have no problems adding a new pane with date picker, but cannot workout how to add and load the form with the calendar control and dock as per the Report Control.

Can anyone point me in the right direction of give an example of the correct method to add forms and have them dock.

Appreciate any help as I am going round in circles.
