shortCutBar Position

   I have 2 projects with a shortcutbar based on the examples
The forms also have commandbar
In the first test project the ShortCutBar appears on left and the frmPane over this until the Top of form below the CommandBar. Also the ExpandedLinesCount works fine
In the other project i have the same controls but the shortcutbar only displays 4 items even if i change the ExpandedLinesCount property.
Also the frmPane is over the Bar but the half of the form.

I have the same code in 2 projects
