CXTPTaskDialog height

   Hi oleg,

is it possible to set a minimum height of a task dialog? I've noticed the SetWidth, but there is no SetMinHeight or SetHeight.

Also, how do you remove a footer from a task dialog? Since i could not find any way to retrieve the footer after setting it, i would like to be able to remove any footers on the dialog before adding a new one.
