Vertical Scroll Bar

   There is an issue with the Syntax Editor vertical scroll bar where it will not appear automatically when it is appropriate.
To recreate the problem:

Run the MDITextEditor_vc60 sample.  
Open any file
If the file contents do not fit in the window, the scroll bar does not appear.  
Scrolling with the mouse wheel will show the contents
Resizing the window does not cause the scroll bar to appear.
